Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Portugal: 3–7 business days
European Union: 4–12 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs delays, carrier issues, weather conditions).

Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely. The specific carrier will be selected based on destination and service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

MAKEMORE is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. MAKEMORE is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at makemoreneverlessapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Please include your order number and any relevant photos.

We will assess the situation and work with the carrier to find a solution.
